The thing I love most about teaching is working with all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to help bring out their greatest potential both mentally and physically. Martial arts is a way of life and I love being able to show others what it can do for them!

Martial arts has helped me in many facets of my life. It has taught me self-discipline, self control, and has helped me stay motivated and focused in everything I do. The memories and friends that I have made through Cho’s is something I would not trade for the world, and having the opportunity to give these things back to the people I teach is truly an amazing feeling.

When I began my martial arts journey, I strived to be a ninja. Since I started a little late in life and wasn't exactly in shape, I decided to take my journey to the next best thing. I am an instructor at heart both inside and outside of Chos. Martial arts has transformed me both physically and mentally and fuels my passion for teaching, studying and performing the art of taekwondo. Chos is a part of my family, and I have brought my 3 children to the black belt club.
