"Beginning my martial arts journey was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I started training to learn self-defense, but I quickly discovered that it offers so much more. Through consistent practice, I gained not only strength, balance, and flexibility, but also confidence, discipline, and resilience - qualities that have had a lasting impact on both my personal and professional life.
My training at Cho's Martial Arts has shown me that what makes Cho’s special is the genuine investment they make in every student. Regardless of age or experience, each student is encouraged to progress at their own pace while being challenged to reach their full potential. That supportive environment allows students to build not only strong skills, but also confidence that extends beyond their martial arts training.
One of the greatest values I've personally gained is the Pilsung ("never give up") attitude, which has helped me persevere through challenges in both my training and my everyday life. Having experienced firsthand the lifelong benefits of martial arts, my greatest reward as an instructor is helping students realize they are capable of more than they imagined. Watching them grow in skill and confidence, and knowing I played a small part in that journey, inspires me to continue teaching and sharing the many benefits of Cho’s Martial Arts."
